Dear Sir,
I was working on an Excel file. Suddendly it snap shut and all the formulas dissapeared, leaving only zeros.
How to get back the formula ?

It looks like you are at the mercy of Excel's AutoSave feature. It may not have the very latest version of your file but you may be able to get back some of your work, at least.
The process is rather well described at this link. The write-up is for Excel 2013 but I think it should largely be the same for Excel 2010.

I would also make sure you have an up-to-date virus scanner and go ahead and run that. I've never had a workbook close and delete my data without an issue external to Excel causing it.
