I havethe following fractions in the following cells C9 - 29/30    D9 - 27/27   E9 -  28/28

Is there a formula I can put in F9 that adds those fractions? And can I convert it to a percentage?

=SUM(C9:E9) will sum up the three fractions. The result would be 2.96667. The number of digits show will be determined by the F9's NumberFormat property.

I'm not sure what you mean by "convert it to a percentage". In principle, convertion of any number to a percentage implies diving that number by 100. The above result would thereby become 296.66667%. You can achieve this conversion by formatting the cell as Percentage, setting the desired number of decimal digits to be shown at the same time.
