Calculate Late and Under time in whole day

I want to calculate the late and under time, 
Office start at 8:am and end up in morning 12:00pm, time in PM 12:30pm - 1:00pm resume work in 1pm - 5pm end of work is 5pm in afternoon
The break time is one hour only (12pm - 1pm), 
End of office hours 5:00 pm, strickly no over time

HOPE YOU HAVE A CODE FOR THAT. :'(
