If you were to explain more exactly what you want I suppose that a formula like that could be written, given two or three hours time. However, the result will not be worth the effort because the formula will be so complicated that no one can really ever know if it works correctly, and there will be no one to check or correct it. Therefore I suggest you modify your worksheet to require less complicated formulas which you can trust and maintain.

Can't help you unless you clearly explain what needs to be done (confusing description). Provide a sample before and after worksheet and that's a good step in the right direction.
