I'm trying to have my form auto advance to next cell after entering one number, is there a way to do this in 2007 without tabbing or arrowing or enter?

While Excel is in edit mode no events occur and nothing else can be done. To realise what you wish to do you might consider creating a userform in which you place text boxes so that it looks like an Excel sheet. You would have lots of options to make it look more like you want, in fact. You could then use the text boxes' change events to move to another box after each key stroke.
