date and time format automatically changing


my excel has many tables. when i every time open or uptate excel sheet number or general format changed date or time format. what i do? very difficult using of this sheet.

again and again changed my needful format.

Most likely you have a formula that returns the current date/time such as =NOW() or you have a macro that updates everything when you make a change to the sheet.

You can look for that formula in the spreadsheet or check any macros that you have running.

It's impossible to know the cause of the issue without you uploading the file in question.
