i would like to make a roster for 150 staff with two or three max 12hr shift with 2 days off. min of 10 pepole would be on leave every month. can anybody help me out with one month roster.

Have a look at the scheduling templates from Microsoft. This should give you either a jump-start, or even maybe a template that you can immediately use.
