Mass Formatting

I have 13 worksheets (Jan-Dec & Total). I would like to be able to enter/remove a name(s) on the January worksheet and have that change the other 12 worksheets. Is this possible? I have tried linking to the original worksheet. This works until I try to add a name; the formatting does not carry over.

Thanks in advance to the Forum for any assistance!

If you mean strictly the formatting then the only way to do it without a macro is to select all of the worksheets that you want to format by hitting Ctrl and then clicking the sheet tabs and then changing the formatting on the desired cells.

If you mean just adding/removing data, you can do that if you link all of the cells on the desired worksheet. Then, the linked worksheets will simply mirror the one to which they are linked and this should work for adding/removing names.
