Help with a timesheet that needs to show hours underworked

0

Hi All,

I have a time sheet for work that calculates the total hours worked, minus 30 min lunch break and the total amount of hours over our contracted hours (overtime)

We are contracted to work 7.5 hours per day, now its winter we are not as busy and therefore work under our contracted hours, the problem i'm having is showing the underworked hours in a column

any help or a point in the right direction would be very greatly appreciated.

Regards

Mick

I would work with the current template that you have and then add another cell that has the 7.5 hours in it for the "standard" working time and then add another column to the data where each persons hours are tracked and subtract the hours worked from the 7.5 to get the difference. That should give you the "underworked" amount.
