Hai Frnds, Am struck up with some doubt in excel 2007. I have place a formula in my excel cell (=IF(A4<"4 DAYS","YELLOW","GREEN")) according to that formula A4 is less than 4 Days My excel cell is display As yellow. But i need when my excel cell is turned to yellow a check box will open and ask as "Please enter the value". Please help us how can i do this using VB or Excel foramts and update the programs.

I would be most helpful to attach your sample data, however, here's my attempt. See attachment. I just have prompt in next column if 'Yellow' is returned....I'm sure you could use VBA to go down the range and prompt you for values if you want VBA solution.
