I used spellnumber function in excel file and it worked nicely at first use, when i opened filed on next day to use this fuction again but after first use i tried it again in other and in the same file but get formula error and not working. how to use it again properly to conver number into words.

It should work without an issue after you save the file the first time.
The one problem is that when you re-open the file, macros might be disabled and that will cause the #NAME? error to appear.
Make sure macros are enabled in the workbook and Excel and try it again.
