Dear Sir,
My Query is,
I am maintaining In and Out Time register for Staff in Excel in which I need to prepare a format in such a way that If I enter the Intime in Cell A1 Automatically A2 should count and update 8 Hrs time in DD:MM:YYYY format.
Please share me the formula or procedur to do Sir.

Check out the the attached file....
1. I used =Now() ~ to get current date and time (copied it to cells below in column A
Did a Paste Special Range Value so the time the time is stopped (=now constantly will update)
2. Created Custom time format (your request DD:MM:YYY h:mm) I had to add time for hours & Minutes
3. in the 'OUT' time ~ formula taking cell in Column A +8/24 (add 8 out of 24 hours in day)
[the custom format is: dd:mm:yyyy hh:mm Under ribbon Home, Cells, Format, Format Cells category = Custom.
Preferentially, I prefer to deal with Decimals and Military time, such as 8.25 for 8:15 am and 22.5 for 10:30 pm. Then I could simply just add 8 to the decimal value.
