Splitting a cell with a sentence that has a word with tow capitalised first letter.

0

Hi everyone,

Can I please get a solution on how to split the cell below in to two by the two? I am data cleaning addresses and some columns are meged into one, like for example street name and town, and the only way to tell these is identifying a word with two capitalised letter. I have tried other formula, but it is not as efficient and fails to rectify the problem; see below for an exaples and it will be great, if you can help me out please.
