How can I create the bar chart embedded in the uploaded file, using the data provided. I tried using the stacked bar chart, but cant get exactly what I want. it is not a 100% stacked chart, and I want the values on x axis to read what they are against each wealth quintile as in sample, not added up, ie should not be cumulative.

I'm not sure exactly what you want but I am getting a decent result by making the stacked bar chart and then selecting it, going to the Design tab and clicking Switch Row/Column.
