Convert time format to minutes and minutes to time format

0

(Hi guys, first timer here, hopefully with more questions soon)

What is the easiest way to convert " 2m30s" to "90"?

And I guess it will be related and just as easy for you, but "120" to "00:02:00"?

Of course I need to do this in massive quantities.

Please this is kind of important, thanks in advance :D

You just need to use a couple simple formulas.

Convert from time to minutes:

=A1*24*60

Convert from minutes to time:

=A1/24/60

Time is stored as a decimal and this is why it works. If you don't see the desired result from the second formula, remember to format the resulting number in a date or time format.
