Excel 2010 Magic Trick 662: AGGREGATE function Ignores Hidden Rows for Calculations


Learn about the new Excel 2010 AGGREGATE function that can make calculations that ignore hidden rows. For example you can add or average while ignoring values in hidden rows. In addition you can ignore both Hidden Rows and Error Value.
SUBTOTAL function only has 11 functions, whereas the AGGREGATE has 19 plus options to ignore errors, hidden rows and nested Subtotal or AGGREGATE functions.
