Excel Magic Trick #202: Calculate Vacation Days


Create a formula that calculates the number of vacation days an employee gets based on hire date using the functions TODAY, YEAR and IF functions.
The = TODAY () function will always put today's date in the cell
The YEAR function takes a date serial number and gives you the year.
