Start Here to Automate Excel
In this tutorial, I'll show you the foundation of building macros and automation for Microsoft Excel. This includes the 3 pillars of automation in Excel, which serves as the foundation of building your automated systems. Those pillars include: learning how to tell Excel what to do; where to put or install the instructions for Excel; and how to run those instructions by hand, by the click of a button, and automatically.
This tutorial does not teach programming in Excel, it is meant, instead, to help beginners understand how the automation system works. After this tutorial, you will have a good foundation from which to start your learning journey and improve your skills in automating Excel.
