Author: | Edits: don

This trick allows you to easily perform a nice visual analysis of data in Excel without much effort.

Highlight table values that meet a certain criteria and hide the rest and control this from a drop down menu in Excel.

This is a great way to evaluate a large data set, identify trends, or just spruce things up and add a nice effect to your worksheet.

Multiple features will be combined to achieve this result, including:

  • Custom conditional formatting.
  • Hide values in cells.
  • Use Percentile to identify values that meet certain thresholds.
