FILTER in Excel - Limit, Sort, & Rank

Add to Favorites
Author: | Edits: don

Use the new FILTER() function for Excel to filter a table of values, sort those values, limit the number of values that can be returned, and return top and bottom values based on their ranking and percentile.

These Excel formulas allow you to control the presentation of data in a way that does not disturb the original data.

In this example, the raw data will be kept in a table on its own tab and the filtered, sorted, and limited data will be on its own separate worksheet.
