How to easily bring data into Excel from the web using copy/paste and then quickly transform the data into a usable format and analyze it, slice & dice it, and go through it.

The premise here is that you see something on a website that you want to analyze and you bring it into Excel and then go from there to turn the jumbled mess into something useful and actionable.
