How to center the data that you print from Excel.

This means that worksheets that don't fill up an entire printed page will now be displayed nicely in the center of the page instead of in the upper-left corner.

Center Printed Data in Excel

  1. Go to the Page Layout tab > click Margins > at the bottom of the menu that appears, click Custom Margins...

  2. In the window that appears, make sure you're on the Margins tab and check the boxes at the bottom next to Horizontally and Vertically.

  3. Click OK and that's it!

You can also get to this screen by clicking the Margins menu from the Print Preview window.
